Hi, my name is Denise Boos, owner of My Pet Lady and a true "pet mama" at heart. I've not only been married to a fellow dog lover for 38 years and have raised five, now grown, canine-crazy kids, but love for our four-legged friends began in my early childhood.

 

Growing up in Newark, Delaware, I was surrounded by an array of pets--from poodles to hunting dogs--all standard fare in my household. Then, when my kids were small, I couldn't help myself; I began pet sitting professionally more than 31 years ago, and have since taken care of hundreds of different animals including dogs, cats, birds, iguanas, fish, reptiles, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, and even a pot-bellied pig!

 

My children have enjoyed hosting all kinds of different dog breeds and their wonderful, varied personalities in our home. We would love to welcome your pet to our family!
